If you received a defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us immediately to make it right. Forfaster return or exchange assistance,please email us with your order number, contact information, reason forreturn,and photos of the damage or defects (if applicable). Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. We willissue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Do I have topay for shipping?
- Returns with product quality problems: In this case, we offer free delivery. We will create a free return label and send your order back to the sender's address.
- Returnswithout product quality problems: Customers are responsible forthe originalshipping fee or 10euros and allreturn costs due tonon-qualityreasons .
How long does it taketo get a refund?
We will process your refund once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is complete and correct.
Hassle-free exchange
A hassle-free exchange is ready if it is in stock. You can exchange your items within 24 hours of ordering and before your package is shipped. If your package has been shipped, we will not accept your replacement request, but you can refuse to accept the package after it arrives. Please note that in this case, youwill be charged for the return shipping costs.
Order cancellation
To cancel a pending order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders whose packages have already been processed cannot be cancelled. You can refuse to accept a package once it has arrived. Please remember that in this case you will be charged for the cost of returning the goods.

- You can return any item within 30 days of receipt .
- Allreturned items mustbe disassembled and repackaged as originallyreceived.
- We provide a prepaidreturn label forreturnswith quality and delivery issues(no additionalreturnfee), but thereturn shipping cost 10 euros will be charged for non-quality issues.

What happens if my product is defective?
Fitueyes offers free replacement of the defective parts of our products if the defect is due to improper workmanship and/or material.If we are unable to provide a replacement product, or if the repair is impractical or cannot be carried out in a timely manner . In this case, Fitueyes has the option to refund the purchase price against return of the product.
Do I have to pay shipping costs fora replacement product?
In the rare event that your Fitueyes product is defective, we willprovide you with a replacement item free of charge.
What is not covered?
Our limited warranty does not cover problems caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage that are not due todefects in materials or workmanship .
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, negligence, accidents ormodifications.
- Accessories, associated materials and products or related products not manufactured by Fitueyes.
- The conditions, malfunctions or damages resulting from non-compliance with the instructions and guidelines regarding the intended use of the product
Our limited warranty is void if a product is returned with labels removed, damaged or tampered with, or if it has been altered (including the removal of components or external covers).
