How do I choose the right TV stand for my TV ?

1. The compatibility of the stand with your TV depends on several factors including your TV's VESA specifications, weight and size. You can find all the information you need about TV stands on our product pages.

If you are unsure about this information, please contact us. Please tell us the exact model of your TV and the product you have chosen and we will give you a more precise answer.

2. Also, the center of the TV should be aligned with your eyes when you are sitting on the sofa.

1）Measure from the floor to your eye level while sitting.

2）Then measure the height of the TV from the base to the top.

3）Subtract half the height of the TV from your sitting height to find the correct height for your TV stand.

3. When choosing the right size media stand, it is important to remember that it should be at least a couple of inches (if not feet) wider than the base of your TV. This will give your TV plenty of clearance to sit comfortably on and will make your media setup look more visually balanced.

Can I pay by invoice?

We do not recommend payment by invoice. For customers who can only pay by invoice, we offer prepayment invoices.

1）Contact us. Tell us the name, SKU and quantity of the product you chose, as well as your shipping address and contact information.

2）We will create a pre-order for you and send you an invoice. Please pay within 7 days via the bank details we provide. Don't forget to include your order number when paying.

3）Please notify us after payment and tell us your order number.

How long does it take after I place my order?

FITUEYES offers free shipping on all orders. (some areas excluded)

Processing time: Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours on working days. (Excludes weekends or holidays).

Delivery time: Shipping & delivery takes 3-6 business days. Depending on the item purchased and the delivery location, the delivery time may sometimes be delayed during peak shopping season. Please understand.

How can I track the logistics information of my package?

You can check the current logistics status on the DPD or DHL website using the tracking number you received.

If you have not received a tracking number or cannot find the information, you can contact us at any time.

What is the guarantee on my purchases?

From the date of purchase, you will receive a 10-year guarantee from us. You have 30 days to return an item to us in its original condition. Any modifications or alterations to the product will void the original guarantee.

What happens if I cancel my order?

You will not be charged any handling fees for same day cancellation. However, if you cancel your order at any time after the same day period has passed, do not accept your cancelled package from FedEx (sometimes RTS requests fail) as you will also be responsible for returning the package. Please contact customer service for more details.

What if my item/package arrives damaged?

When you receive your item, please check your item carefully. If the package appears damaged, please follow the steps below:

1) Take a photo of the damage.

2) Then please send us an email immediately to desp@fitueyes.com and attach the photos.

3) We will contact you directly with the next steps.

Do I have to bear the costs of returning the item?

1) Returns with product quality problems: In this case, we offer free delivery. We will create a free return label and return your order to the sender's address.

2) Returns without product quality problems: Customers are responsible for the original shipping fee or 10 euros and all return costs due to non-quality reasons.

Can the wheels damage the floor?

If you are concerned that the casters supplied with your product may damage your floor, you may want to check out our universal casters (on the accessories page). This product uses better materials that not only move silently but also protect the floor well.

How do I decorate my living room with a corner TV?

If you want to place your TV in a corner, check out our Eiffel Series, Picasso Series and Master Series. They all fit perfectly in the corner, require no drilling, decorate your room and hold your TV in place.

Will the Eiffel stand fit a 43" Samsung TV and what screws do I need to buy to mount a Samsung?

It fits up to 75 inches so you're more than good there. It also comes with two different screw sizes and one of them should fit your TV. I have a Samsung 75 inch and one set of screws fits perfectly on the back. Hope this helps.

Will the Eiffel TV stand hold an 82 inch Samsung?

Please make sure your TV's VESA is between 100(W)mm x 100(H)mm and 600(W)mm x 400(H)mm and the weight does not exceed 132 lbs / 60 kg to fit your TV.
